JavanahTravel look forward to the opportunity to act as your booking Agent for your travel requirements.These Terms and conditions(the Agreement)elucidate what you are legally entitled to expect from us for customers visiting our website, booking a reservation or using our services through us.

Agreement with client
Javanah Travel sells a variety of travel products from different suppliers. Each supplier has their own terms and conditions that are applicable to your particular arrangements. Such as car hire, hotel accommodations, attractions, restaurants, tours, cruises, etc. Separate conditions apply for these products and services.

All Airline tickets are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of the purchase. Post-purchase price increase may apply due to additional cost imposed by the government.You may be charged additional sums by JavanahTravel to offset increased fees, for example, fuel,taxes and fluctuations in the foreign exchange market.Clients will be informed by email or over the phone.

Website security

JavanahTravel takes your online security very seriously. Booking your tickets, accommodation,car services or any other services with us is secure,safe,quick and easy. Clients must complete a form regarding their inquiry and submit; after we received this we will be able to send an email with a referencewith all details and costs. Full payment is required in order to confirm the booking. 

Payment
We accept payment through credit or debit cards,cheques, bank transfer. Cards must be valid and the address at which the card is registered, must alsobe the same as your billing address. Bank Transfer payment must be in our account on the same day of purchase,clients should also give a written authorization to Javanah Travel to process a payment.

Javanah Travel is a Namibian Agency and all transactions can be processed in Namibian dollar, USD ,Pound(GBP),additional charges are applicable and may vary from currency to currency.

Alteration by the Airline
Javanah Travel will not be held responsible for any changes of flight schedules, delays or cancelation by airlines. Airlines have the right to change their timings or cancel flights. 

We strongly recommend clients to reconfirm your flight 72 hours before. Passports, visas ,travel insurance and health advice.
We are not responsible for any advice on passports, visas, health and travel insurance. You need to make sure you have the right documents to travel such as a valid passport and the relevant visas.

Dependent of which country you visit we do recommend clients to approach their medical practice for health care requirements(e.g.Africa such as malaria and tropical diseases)without these essentials, you may not be allowed to travel. Travel insurance is the sole responsibility of the client. We recommend you apply before departure.

Refunds and exchanges
In respect of bookings for airlines tickets, it may take up to 4 weeks to handle your refund request. The refund will be made in the same currency and using the same payment method as used to purchase your ticket. Refund may vary from airline to airline. Once the ticket is issued the airline cancelation policy is applied and tickets are also not transferable to another person.
